Memorised performances of extracts, poems and scripts
- Expression of Vocal techniques such as pace, pause, pitch and volume through the voice of characters
- Sight reading of unseen passages with the view of making meaning by reading punctuation and applying contextual tone.
- Concept formation through theatre games
- Devising and improvisation
- Characterisation
- Engagement with extracts and poems to be able to discuss meaning, mood, context and effect of diction used.
- Movement

- Applying Vocal skills like pace, pause, emphasis, pitch and volume in their own voice.

- Sentence structure and formation for conversation and interaction through real life scenarios and role play.
- Structuring personal narratives in writing, for oral presentation
- Introduction to persuasive language and techniques.
- Analytical skills such as summary, and reflection to assist interpretation, discussion and forming opinions.
